Cyberbullying is the use of digital communication tools to cause physical, or emotional distress. This serious form of aggression is frequently targeted on individuals. Online harassment gains attention due to its strong negative impact. Many incidents have recently occurred worldwide such as sharing private chats, rumors, and sexual remarks. Therefore, researchers are interested to detect cyberbullying. The purpose of this research is to design and develop an effective technique to detect abusive messages by using machine learning. We use bagof-Words (BoW) and term frequency-inverse text frequency (TF-IDF), to detect Cyberbullying by using four different machine learning algorithms. We are going to use random tweets as a dataset and going to detect any given messages as bullying or not.
