Abstract

Geofencing is an an emerging technology in which security will be maintain by developing virtual boundaries of a particular zone . By using LBS, GPS location sensors and Geofencing the information can be located properly. In this paper also, the system could easily track the location of the objects and also able to find an alert, when the object exited geofence area. Both hardware as well as software parts are used in this technology.H/W parts are raspberry pi, U Blox GPS sensor and S/W parts are python, node red ,etc. Here the SMS alert was sent to mobile and it can monitor properly. Finally the actual system was verified by users attheGeofencing area. Results showed the actual location of the object and they can track the final destination, when it exited or entered the boundaries.
